Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These Terms govern your access to and use of Wholesale OS (the “Service”), provided by Kinnard Group LLC. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your account, your organization’s users, and keeping credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and comply with applicable law.
3. Acceptable use & communications
You are the sender of record for all outbound calls, texts, and emails you initiate through the Service and are solely responsible for their lawful use — including the TCPA, state calling and Do-Not-Call rules, A2P messaging requirements, CAN-SPAM, and recording consent laws. The Service provides compliance controls (consent tracking, DNC/opt-out suppression, quiet-hours gating, kill switches); you must configure and honor them. You may not use the Service to send unlawful, deceptive, or harassing communications.
4. AI features
The Service uses third-party AI models to assist with drafting, analysis, and automation. AI output may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing it before acting, and money, contract, and commitment actions remain human-gated.
5. Fees
Paid plans and usage-based AI credits are billed through Stripe per the pricing shown in the app. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
6. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in the Service is legal, financial, or tax advice.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or non-payment. On termination you may export your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
